How to change "World"?

Hi! I'm using custom shader, and I need to move model left, right, rotate it.

Before this (in other libraries), I did it, by altering World parameter. But now, no matter how I try, only changing View and Projection affect model position on screen.

Even with simple skinFX effect.


Why is it so?
