My walk animation isn't in place

My modeler can only make walking/running animations not "in place", meaning when the animation is activated the character doesn't move in its place but rather advance. When the animation ends it loops back to its original position (like it's teleporting). Anyway I'm trying to find a way you make this work fine but I'm clueless :(
If you have any idea please post it here. Thanks in advance.

hmm, i'd recommend you use a different animation package... that one sounds pitiful
