Conversion to XNA 3.0

I am currently working on a game I plan to submit to XNA Community Fames using Xclna converted to 2.0 as discussed in the other thread.  I understand that XNA Community games must be made with XNA 3.0 and am facing the inevitable conversion of Xclna to XNA 3.0.  Is there anyone out there who's done this or are in the process of doing this with XNA 3.0 beta who can share any valuable insights about what to expect when I get to this stage?
