?! Where can I get the demo example ?!

sorry, but where did I find the demo example you are talking about in many threads here ?
Under 'releases' I can download the dll's, but where is the demo ?
Please help a blind man :)

You can use the demo from previous release ( Special).

Alternatively, you can just create a new Game project and do this in your LoadGraphicsContent(bool loadAllContent):

new ModelViewer(this, content.Load<Model>("your model"));

Don't forget to "Add reference..." for Animation.dll and "Add..." the Animation.Content.dll to your project Properties->Content Pipeline.

I've seen how easy it is to render animated models with the ModelViewer, but what about with the AnimationController? I've found a code example that worked w/the version .2 build of the dll, but with version .3 the models I try to draw are sort of distorted?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, and gj so far with the component. I'm a fan! :)

Rendering with AnimationController is basically just

Animation.AnimationController controller = new Animation.AnimationController(game, model, animationIndex);

But in this case you have to set the world, view, projection etc. explicitly.
And setting world, view, projection etc. for animated models is very much like setting it for non-animated models.
