wrong frames in animation

I am using the ACL with my XNA 2.0 project. everything was working without any problems on my PC. On the PC of a team member where strange behaviors of the animations. The Start- and Endframes seemed to be shifted, so the model moves like a jumping jack.
Now i decided to restructure the project. i made a new solution and splitted everthing to several projects. Now i have the same problem as my collegue.
I have no Idea.

Ok, I found, what the problem is about: the AnimationModelProcessor read the xml file in a wrong way. It merged ten frames into one.
I hacked the solution:
In the SubdivideAnimations() Method I changed  the line
secondsPerTick = 1.0 / animTicksPerSecond;
secondsPerTick = 10.0 / animTicksPerSecond;

now it works. it's strange, but that's the way it is.

Edit: it is very strange. On my Laptop it works with 1.0 / animTicksPerSecond. Maybe it depends on the Computer or the version of Visual Studio... very, very strange...
