i have run through the tutorial and it works smoothly for me
and then i tried to import my own file in fbx format (as i have noticed that the component library do support fbx)
the file names "test01_ani.fbx" (exported from maya 8.0)
and i also created an xml file as followed named "test01_anianimation"
<animation>
<name>animationset0</name>
<tickspersecond>15.0</tickspersecond>
<animationsubset>
<name>fat</name>
<startframe>1</startframe>
<endframe>10</endframe>
</animationsubset>
<animationsubset>
<name>tall</name>
<startframe>11</startframe>
<endframe>20</endframe>
</animationsubset>
</animation>

i have set the content importer of the fbx file to "Autodesk FBX - xna framework"
and the content processor to "Model- Animation Library"
and the project cannot be compiled and threw nullReferenceException - object reference not set to an instance of an object
what's going on....i have no idea how to fix it and make the fbx works...
can anyone help me?
what should i do???
is there anything missing to make the fbx format work?...say linking between the fbx and xml files.. or setting of the fbx file...
thanks....

I'd start by posting the whole error message... which should include the call stack info... which would tell you in what code block the error is occurring... which could tell you which object is null
