FBX model distortion

Hi all,

I have exported an FBX model from 3Ds max into XNA. When the models animation are not included, the model renders perfectly. However when I include the animation, the model animates but with distortion.

This is what the model look like in max and Quick Time FBX viewer:


And this what the distortion look like in XNA:



I have been looking for a solution for a while, but with no luck.


1) The model animates immediately at the first key frame (So when it was exported, it wasn't in a pose mode).

2) I have loaded many animated models, and all of them worked just fine (So the code has to be fine).


I got a feeling that there is something wrong with the content importer/processor.
