Program crashes while creating animationcontroller with custom .x mesh

I've gone through the tutorial, gotten that to work, and now am trying to test out my own simple model that I created in Blender, animated, and then exported to .x using the XNA exporter from here. However, when I declare an animationcontroller, it crashes and gives me one of those windows error reports boxes. I'm not trying to split an animation at all, just take all the frames from my file and apply it to one animation. Anyways, I thought I'd post my code and my .x and xml files to see if there are any glaring errors which jump out.
