Error importing new fbx

I'm having a real doozy of a problem getting my model working after exporting it from Blender. Here is what it looks like:
The problem looks to be that the bone isn't transforming right but I have no idea why not.

The armature is a parent of the mesh and I've cleared all the transforms for both and nothing seems to work to get it to animate right. I'm hoping it's something small I'm overlooking.

I fixed the problem! Apparently for blender there is a different fbx exporter for XNA, found at this url:

It exported my model correctly!

I don't use Blender, so I wasn't able to find a solution for you, but I think it's awesome that you posted a workaround. My son, who uses Blender a great deal, will probably be very happy to try this.
