problem with my fxb model

i have made and model with maya 2008, i have created the rig and my animation works very fine in maya, but when i try to use it in the xna using de animation library i have received this error message

"vertex is bound to bone "not for keying", but this bone is not present in the skeleton"

what does it mean ? what can i do to solve the problem ?
